Cookie Policy: How Cookies Are Used
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Australia Betting Info ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website at acritud.com. By using our website, you agree to the use of cookies as described in this policy.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device and remember certain information about your visit, such as your preferences or how you use the site. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, may also be used.
How We Use Cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
-
Necessary cookies. These cookies are essential for the website to function properly. They enable core features such as page navigation, secure access to your account, and preventing fraudulent use of our services. Without these cookies, the website cannot operate as intended. Necessary cookies do not require your consent.
-
Analytical cookies. These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website — for example, which pages are visited most often and where visitors encounter problems. This information helps us improve the content and performance of the site. Analytical cookies are only set with your consent.
-
Marketing cookies. These cookies are used to deliver content and offers that are relevant to your interests. They may also be used to measure the effectiveness of promotional campaigns. Marketing cookies are only set with your consent.
Managing Your Consent
When you first visit acritud.com, we present you with a cookie banner that allows you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can choose to accept all categories, reject all non-essential cookies, or adjust your preferences by category.
You may withdraw or change your consent at any time. To do this, use the cookie settings link available in the footer of every page, or clear your browser’s cookies as described below. Please note that withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.
How to Control Cookies in Your Browser
Most web browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Generally, you can find these options under "Settings", "Preferences" or "Options" — usually within a "Privacy" or "Security" section. You can typically:
- Block all cookies or only third-party cookies;
- Delete cookies already stored on your device;
- Set your browser to notify you before a cookie is placed.
Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of our website from functioning correctly, such as secure sign-in.
For more information on managing cookies in specific browsers, refer to the help or support section of your browser.
Important Note for Australian Visitors
Australia Betting Info operates in accordance with Australian law, including the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. We do not advertise or promote prohibited interactive gambling services, such as online casinos or online poker, to persons in Australia. Licensed Australian operators are limited to sports and race wagering, and the only legal deposit routes for licensed Australian wagering are debit cards, bank transfer, PayID/Osko and BPAY. Cookies are never used to promote prohibited gambling services or to send marketing materials to persons registered with BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register.
